Health and Safety is a part of your everyday life like it or not! you can take a walk and every time you cross a road you put yourself at risk and rely on others to be taking care not to hit
you that is Health and Safety because everyone is responsible for their actions against others around you, no matter if you are in work or out enjoying a weekend away. So remember it is not all about not doing because you have been told not to it is how you do it that counts.
